UPSC Civil Services (Prelims) Exam results were declared today. About 15,000 will now get to write the Mains. The remaining 985,000 candidates will sleep heartbroken & wake up with the determination to sacrifice one more year for their dream. There are many manifestations of courage. This is one of them.
