- हेनले पासपोर्ट इंडेक्स 2021 की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार इस वर्ष भारत के पासपोर्ट की रैंकिंग में तीन पायदान की गिरावट हुई है।
पिछले वर्ष के स्थान इस रैंकिंग में 82वां था और इस वर्ष भारत 85वें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है। - भारत से साथ तजाकिस्तान भी 84वें स्थान पर है।
- चीन के अतिरिक्त सभी पड़ोसी देशों के मुक़ाबले भारत की स्थिति बेहतर है।
इस रैंकिंग में चीन 70वें स्थान पर, भूटान 90वें श्रीलंका 100वें, बांग्लादेश 101वें, नेपाल 104वें और पाकिस्तान 107वें स्थान पर है। - भारतीय पासपोर्टधारक भूटान, कंबोडिया, इंडोनेशिया, मकाऊ, मालदीव, म्यांमार, नेपाल, श्रीलंका, थाईलैंड, केन्या, मॉरिशस, सेशेल्स, जिम्बॉब्वे, यूगांडा, ईरान और कतर सहित 58 देशों में बिना वीजा के यात्रा कर सकते हैं।
